An increasing number of companies are expanding their opening hours for their webcare. Currently 83% of the Dutch major brands can be reached by Twitter during evening hours and the weekend.
For example, the Dutch Railways (NS) extended his opening hours in december 2014 and are now open 7 days a week until 23:00 o’clock instead of 20:00 o’clock and closed on Sundays. By doing this NS is now the most active twitterer in the Netherlands, followed by PostNL and KPN.
